About Voices of Resilience

Voices of Resilience is an Erasmus+ project dedicated to improving mental health literacy among Arab-speaking refugees in Europe.
Many displaced individuals face emotional and practical challenges that go unseen. Mental health remains a sensitive topic in many communities, often surrounded by stigma or misunderstanding.

The project addresses these challenges by creating safe spaces for conversation, using culturally sensitive learning methods, and developing practical tools for professionals.
